Summerfest is the hottest event of the summer! Our annual awards night is filled with food, fun and games and occurs Rain or Shine! 4:30 - 5:30 Mingling/Appetizers/Pool Games 5:30 - 6:30 Awards and accomplishments We do this upstairs in the clubhouse. We have awards for the high point winners in each age/gender bracket. We also recognize other swimming achievements and our coaches at this time. 6:30 - 7:15ish Dinner and mingling The main course for dinner will be done on the grill and we also provide catered sides, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages, but otherwise it’s BYOB. 7:15 - 9pm Pool Games, dessert and fun! Volunteers are needed for set up and break down. PLEASE RSVP SO WE HAVE AN ACCURATE HEADCOUNT FOR DINNER! |

July 10: last names of A-H bring desserts; I-O bring apps; and P-Z bring sides All swim team families and Downs community members are invited to celebrate our team and are free to enjoy the pool until 9:00 pm. Announcements about the Pep Rally will be sent weekly. Please RSVP so that we can plan the main course. |
